Welcome to Flawls. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website www.flawls.com or any associated sales channels (including our Instagram @flawls).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

4. Products and Availability
Flawls sells clothing and apparel from Flawls and selected third-party brands.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, colors and textures may slightly vary depending on your device’s display or the natural materials used.
All products are subject to availability.
5. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Flawls delivers exclusively within Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Shipments are handled by Correos.
Standard delivery: approx. 3 business days
Express delivery: approx. 1 business day
Free shipping: on orders over €75
Shipping cost: varies by location, displayed at checkout
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Flawls is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances.
7. Payment Methods and Security
Flawls accepts the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely via WooPay, using SSL encryption and 3D Secure protocols.
Flawls never stores or has access to your payment card details.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Withdrawal
Flawls has a dedicated Return & Refund Policy, which defines all procedures, conditions, and exceptions in detail.
This Return Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms of Sale and will be published separately on www.flawls.com
9. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the minimum legal warranty under Spanish consumer law for lack of conformity within two years from delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, texts, and brand elements on the Flawls website are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Flawls or their respective owners.
Reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Flawls shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by third parties or force majeure situations beyond our reasonable control.
12. Updates to the Terms
Flawls reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.
Changes will apply only to orders placed after the new version’s publication.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may also resolve disputes online via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform;
