At FLAWLS ESPAÑA S.L. ("Flawls"), we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return an item, request a refund, or arrange an exchange. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU and Spanish consumer law.
Your Right to Return (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. To meet the deadline, simply inform us of your decision to return before the 14-day period ends. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed,
- Undamaged and in their original condition, and
- Returned with all original tags attached.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or that have had their tags removed.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at flawls.espana@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us with a photo and description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the timeframe required by law (and usually sooner).
Refunds cover the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs, where they were charged, are refunded in line with your statutory rights — for faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a full refund including original delivery costs.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges — for example, for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, contact us at the email below and we will guide you through the process. If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is often to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights, and we will cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
