Thank you for shopping with FLAWLS ESPAÑA S.L. ("Flawls"). This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, our delivery times, and our shipping costs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Spain and all countries within the European Union (EU).
If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Spain: Free shipping on all orders.
- European Union: Free shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
The exact shipping cost for your order, where applicable, is always displayed at the checkout page before payment is confirmed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods or high-demand promotions, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we will let you know.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout page based on your destination, as they vary by region and carrier. Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the moment the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak shopping periods.
Carriers
We work with a range of trusted carriers, and the carrier used for your order depends on your region, the date, and availability at the time of dispatch. We always select a reliable option to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your package and resolve the issue.
Customs and Import (within the EU)
As we ship within the European Union, orders are not normally subject to customs duties or import taxes between EU member states.
